As promised, we'll be having another -AWE- Chalet!
-GROTESQUE has helped booked the chalet already.

General Info :

Venue : Coasta Sands Resort (DownTownEast)
Place to meet : Chalet entrance, near the toilet.
Date(s) : 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th of December.
Time (to meet) : 4pm (NOT 4.30PM ANYMORE, take note!)

4 Days 3 Nights.

Reason why we arrange for you guys to meet later is because we don't want you all to wait (like what happened during June) so long, like v. bad.
So we're gonna check in first at 3pm, settle down everything and then meet you guys :D

How much one is required to pay :

You can choose to stay, or not to stay overnight.

Everyone is expected to pay $20 each.
It's 10bucks more ex than the previous, but this is 3 nights, not 2!
It's only like twice a year, don't miss it okay!
You can always offer to pay more (sponsor more) if you're really rich and nice and stuff :D
But no less than $20 okay.

Those who are only going for the BBQ (not staying over etc etc) are only required to pay $10.

Program wise :

First night will have BBQ, as usual.
Someone who can start fire & cook, please step out and volunteer, I don't want the BBQ so become a failure like the previous chalet when a lot people complain chicken not cooked etc etc -_-

Buying of the food will be settled by me & -GROSTESQUE.
If you all have any special "request" of BBQ food, please let me know before hand!
But please, no ridiculous requests like Chicken wings with lychees in them, or something like that o_o

And to those who don't mind, please offer to bring some food for the BBQ like staple food (fried rice?).
The more the merrier :]

Second, third day, fourth day
I guess we'll decide on that day :x
Why? 'cause we always don't stick to schedules.
Like always, and everybody starts doing their own stuff.

Lan (AGAIN)
Kbox?
Midnight movies! (Yay)
Or just hide in the room and watch VCDs/DVDs.
Etc etc.

Btw,
Anyone know any Lan that is cheap, good, not lag, not very super duper duper far from the chalet & have patched Audi (including ABM, everything)?
If so, please tell us ^_^

What to bring :

For those staying overnight,
Please bring all necessary items like
uh, your toothbrush, (Don't stink up the room T.T) clothes, shampoo, soap etc etc.
You are highly advised to bring a huge bag for 3 nights ^_^

Bring your stuffed toy if you want :3
(I'll be bringing Domo :x)

Bring extra money.

You can always bring along your PSP(s) for self entertainment at 4am in the morning.
Cameras are welcomed too! Although this guild is very very cam-shy -_-

And you can also, always (:x) , be a toot like Lala and bring sleeping bag ._.

For those not staying overnight,
just bring yourself and extra money.
